Our Journey

From our initial days at OrbisEnergy in Lowestoft to relocating our headquarters to Norwich, Opergy has been involved in several key partnerships and projects. These include collaborations with Sizewell C, ORE Catapult, RenewableUK, OPITO, and the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, among others.

In 2022, we merged with EC20 Ltd., enhancing our presence in Scotland, and reinforcing our focus on offshore wind. This expansion continued with Opergy Asia and the establishment of Opergy Net Zero in 2023, further solidifying our commitment to supporting the UK’s net zero ambitions.

Our efforts were recognised at the EDP Business Awards in 2023, where we were awarded Medium Business of the Year for our contributions to the Norfolk business community, particularly the growth of the energy sector.
